OTO does not collect any data. It has no accounts, no analytics, no ads and no tracking, and it never connects to the internet. Everything happens on your iPhone.
Camera
OTO uses the camera to show the viewfinder and take your photos. The camera feed is processed on your iPhone and is never sent anywhere.
Photos
OTO saves the photos you take to your Photos library, in an album called OTO. It reads your library to show your photos in the app's gallery and to let you edit them. If you give OTO access to only some photos, it shows only those.
Files kept on your iPhone
For each photo, OTO keeps the original RAW capture inside the app for 48 hours so you can re-edit it. After 48 hours it is deleted automatically. Deleting the app removes these files.
Settings
Your settings (such as your chosen look) are stored on your iPhone only.
Sharing
When you share a photo, OTO hands it to the iOS share sheet. Where it goes after that is your choice and is covered by the app or service you send it to.
Children
OTO collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
